Selling on N300 Shop

Independent sellers can open a shop, list products and fulfil orders through our marketplace. Seller accounts are reviewed and approved before products go live.

Seller responsibilities

• List only products you are legally allowed to sell, with accurate titles, descriptions, images and prices.
• Keep stock levels up to date and ship orders within the handling time you state.
• Respond to customer messages promptly and handle returns and refunds in line with our Return Policy.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including food safety and labelling rules for food products.

Fees and payouts

N300 Shop charges a commission on each completed sale. Commission rates and payout schedules are shown in your seller dashboard. Earnings are paid out after the order is delivered and any return window has passed.

Prohibited items and conduct

Counterfeit, illegal, unsafe or misleading products are not allowed. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these rules.
